I am an Internal Medicine resident at Lille University Hospital and I officially joined the ENDOMIC team in 2024 for my Master’s degree in Immunology. This work focuses on the direct effects and in vivo mechanistic properties of antinuclear antibodies in systemic sclerosis. I am also working on the application of machine learning techniques to achieve a better characterization of scleroderma patients, in particular using clustering and longitudinal prediction techniques. The combination of these different approaches should enable our team to better comprehend the pathophysiology of systemic sclerosis as well as the heterogeneity between patient’s initial presentation and prognosis, and thus to significantly improve our routine clinical care.
