I joined the ENDOMIC team in 2024 as a study engineer to work on the functional role of autoantibodies present in scleroderma patients. More specifically, I’m working on the establishment of stable fluorescent cell lines to study the potential pathogenic mechanisms of anti-nuclear autoantibodies. I developed skills in confocal microscopy and lentiviral vectors, on fixed cells and in live cell imaging.
